Project overview
A full-stack Customer Relationship Management system built for Alyah Technologies to manage the complete customer journey—from lead capture and qualification to quotations, contracts, invoicing, payments, service delivery, and customer support.
I worked as a Full-Stack Developer and Team Lead, contributing to backend architecture, business logic, authentication, role-based access control, database design, API development, frontend integration, testing, and code reviews.
The system includes lead and customer management, opportunities, quotations, contracts, sales orders, invoices, payment verification, support tickets, appointments, communications, customer portal functionality, subscriptions, and reporting.
The backend follows a modular, domain-oriented architecture designed to keep business logic organized and maintainable while supporting granular permissions and Dynamic staff roles.
